Amiee L. Henze, 84, of 18689 North 90th Way, Scottsdale, Ariz., died Tuesday, June 8, 1999, at Life Care Center in Scottsdale. She was born March 19, 1915, in New Holstein, a daughter of Louie and Louise Paulsen Schaar. On April 30, 1949, she married Sigmund F. Henze.
Amiee graduated from New Holstein High School in 1933. She was employed at Hardware Mutual Insurance Co. in Stevens Point and in Atlanta, Ga. She also was employed at Sanitary Refrigerator Co. in Fond du Lac.
She was a member of Church of Peace, where she also taught Sunday school. She moved to Omaha, Neb., in August 1983, and to Scottsdale, Ariz., in December of 1993.
Survivors include one daughter, Paula (Michael) Charnicki; two grandchildren, Frances and Stephen Charnicki of Scottsdale, Ariz.; one sister, Irma Ogle Gremmer of Oakfield; one stepson, Milton Henze of Oshkosh; two nieces, Nancy Harmon of Kewaskum and Audrey Salazar of Caracas, Venezuela; two nephews, David Ogle of Maryville, Tenn., and Brian Ogle of West Bend; one grandnephew; and five grandnieces.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband in 1981. Services: A memorial service is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. July 22 at Church of Peace.
