Mrs. Eli Frost met with an accident, yesterday morning about 9 o'clock, which caused her death at 7 o'clock P.M. In the morning she went out to pick some blackberries, and was returning near her home, when she tripped and fell forward, striking her side on the bucket she was carrying. She managed to crawl home and a physician was sent for, but nothing could be done to give her relief. Her death is supposed to have been caused by the bursting of a blood vessel. She was an estimable woman, and will be sadly missed. Her sudden death has cast a gloom over the neighborhood, and the grief stricken family have the sympathy of all. The funeral services will be conducted at
Lick Creek Baptist Church at 3 o'clock to-morrow afternoon. The procession, with the remains, will leave the residence at 2 o'clock P.M.
