He was the former owner of Bacus Grocery and Bacus Texaco and a member of Barrow Road Church of Christ.
Survivors are his wife, Lillie Bacus; a son, Charles Bacus Jr. of Hendersonville, Tenn.; four daughters, Mary East and Linda Pike of Bryant, Charlene Beck of Hensley and Maude Caudle of Little Rock; two brothers, Willis Bacus of Newport and Norman Bacus of Little Rock; three sisters, Lorine Ginger and Lucille Canard of North Little Rock and Mildred Berry of Concord, Georgia, 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Roller-Drummond Southwest Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
