Funeral for Brandi Nicole "Niki" Shelton, 22, of Decatur will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with the Rev. Duane Maas and Rev. Ron Reinhardt officiating.
Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Miss Shelton died Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born April 3, 1977, in Clarksville, Tenn, to Philip and Donna Shelton. She was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church and a graduate of Austin High School and Calhoun Community College. She was manager of the garden center at Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her parents of Decatur; one brother, Brian Shelton of Hartselle; one sister, Laurie Potter of Decatur; her grandparents, Robert and Esther Arnholt of Seymour, Ind.
Pallbearers will be Robbie Henslee, Patrick Seay, Kelvin Goodlow, Wayne Arnholt, Scott Arnholt and Jack Stewart.
