Tammy Ray
A fifth grader at Waterford elementary school, Tammy Ray, 10, died yesterday after a long illness. A native of Modesto, she was the daughter of Gary Ray and Patricia Ann Ray of Waterford. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church. Other survivors include a half-sister, Kimberly Owens of Modesto; three half-brothers, David Owens, Brit Hayden and Bryan Hayden, all of Waterford; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Johnson of Waterford and Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Ray of Hilmar, and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Ray of Modesto and Mrs. Effie Johnson of Waterford. Services are pending at the Franklin & Downs Funeral Home.
