Mrs. John Peret of the Corning neighborhood, died at a sanitarium in Leavenworth sometime last Sunday, November 2nd.
The funeral was held at the home last Wednesday and burial was made in the Goff cemetery.
Mrs. Peret was a daughter of Mrs. G. Lockhart of Sabetha. She had been in the sanitarium about two weeks.
She leaves her husband, five children, her mother, and brithers and sisters, who are well known in the community.
As a girl she was reared in the Woodlawn neighborhood and has a host of friends who mourn her untimely death. Her life was given up entirely to her family and her home and in doing all the good she could.
