Mrs. Beulah Martin, 59, Fairbanks, died at 9:30 am Saturday in Union Hospital a Terre Haute.
Surviving Mrs. Martin are the husband, Robert; a son, Phil, Fairbanks; two daughters, Miss Jane Martin, Fairbanks, and Mrs. Joyce Kester, Augusta, Ga.; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Norton, Irvington, Ky.
Services were at 10:30 am Tuesday at the Prairie Creek Chapel of Callahan Funeral Home. The Rev. Jerry Crouse officiated. Burial followed in Pogue Cemetery.
Hand dated May 24, 1975 also there has never been a Prairie Creek Chapel of Callahan Funeral Home. It should read DeBaun Prairie Creek Chapel.
