FIVE POINTS Graveside services for Floyd Calvin Walker, 92, of Five Points will be today at 3 p.m. at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke with Rev. Kenneth Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends today beginning at 2 p.m. at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel of Roanoke.
Mr. Walker died Monday at Russell Hospital in Alexander City. Survivors include two sisters, Mattie Sheppard of Alexander City and Elizabeth Screws of Wadley.
Mr. Walker, a Tallapoosa County native, was employed at Handley Mills in Roanoke. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Walker, and a son, Jackson Walker.
