Millard Busby Funeral Monday
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday for
Millard Roy Busby, age 87, of Potosi, MO., who died
Friday at Potosi. Rev. Gilbert Burch of Okemah officiated
at Hudson Funeral Home Chapel. Buiral was at Holdenville
Cemetery under the direction of Hudson.
Mr. Busby was born December 26, 1885, at Perry, Ark.
He grew up in Arkansas and came to Hughes County
before statehood. He made his home the past four years
with his daughter in Potosi.
Survivors include one daughter, Audry Burch of Potosi;
three granddaughters and three grandsons; two sisters;
Birdie Fite of Wildorado, Tex., and Eva Pepper of
Milwaukie, Ore.
