Verna J. Miller, 84 formerly of Glendale (FL) passed away Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 in a Eustis, FL, healthcare facility. She was born Oct. 2, 1924 in Saint Andrews, FL, the daughter of Jesse Adkison and Alice Beatrice Gainey Adkison (Sunday). She is predeceased by her sons, Charles and Larry Miller.
Among survivors are her sons, Danny Miller of Groveland, FL, Kevin Miller of Eustis, FL., Gregory Miller and wife Francis of DeFuniak Springs and Rodney Beasley of Panama City Beach; eighteen grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26 in Jerry Evans Chapel with Pastor Larry M. Boone of First Assembly of God in Eustis, FL. officiating. Burial will followed in the family plot at Gum Creek Cemetery.
