Agnes Carria Strain Erbach, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009. She was born January 8, 1914, in Rose Bud, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Porter Chester and Jewel Ramer Strain. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Henry Erbach, Sr., her sister, Kathleen Clay of Hardy; brothers, Jack Strain and Chester Strain both of Conway.

Mrs. Erbach is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Worm (Ralph); sons, Tom Erbach (Nancy), Edd Erbach (Donna), all of Conway; she leaves behind eight grandchildren, Randy Worm, Renee Thrash, Adam Erbach, Amy Hancock, Thomas Erbach III, Jessie Davidson and Jacob Erbach, all of Conway; Robert Worm of Greenbrier; twelve great-grandchildren; her sister, Clara Robinette of Springhill.

After raising her children, Agnes worked at ASTC (Now UCA), retired, becoming a full-time homemaker. She graduated from Conway High School, and completed two years of Home Economics studies at ASTC. She was an avid gardener and spent many of her years at her home, tending her vegetable and flower gardens. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church; a member of the Christian Ladies Society; a Perpetual Adoration adorer; and participated in weekly Bible study. She had also been a Cub Scout den mother.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Msgr. Francis I. Malone, JCL, officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, with Alex and Blake Erbach, Robert Alan Worm, Jr., Ben Thrash, Lauren and Sydney Worm serving as pallbearers; honorary pallbearers will be her other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services are under the direction of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway. 501-327-7727.

Rosary will be 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, at Roller-McNutt Chapel. Visitation will follow.
