Jene Lorena Robison Bradfield, 88, passed away on June 20, 2009 at Millard County Care Center in Delta, UT.


Born March 25, 1921 in Monroe, UT to Archie and Charlottie Eugenia Larsen Robison.


Married Floyd Bradfield on May 20, 1948 in Manti. He died on September 17, 2001.


After marrying, she moved to Leamington, UT in 1948. A great asset to her church and community. Famous for her cooking, canning, and gardening.


Enjoyed quilting, extraction work, genealogy, and family history. Wrote poetry, did upholstery, candy making, and sewing. Prepared taxes for many people over the years. Held many church positions from Primary teacher to Relief Society President.


DUP member for many years. Wonderful, caring mother and grandmother who led by example. Her very favorite thing was spending time with and spoiling her 12 grandchildren. She was first in the hearts of her family and gave us unconditional love.


Survived by sons: Vic (Deanne) Bradfield, Soda Springs, ID; Dan (Ruth) Bradfield, Leamington; Mont (Lisa) Bradfield, Leamington; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death sons: William Dexter and Lonnie Ross Bradfield; and husband: Floyd.


Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 26, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Leamington Ward Chapel. Friends call at Nickle Mortuary, Delta, on Thursday evening from 7-8 p.m. and on Friday morning at Church from 9:30- 10:40 a.m.
Burial: Leamington Cemetery.
