49 Hasting St. died Saturday morning in Farren Memorial Hospital, Montague City.
a native of Wilmington, Vt., he lived in Winchester, N.H., 24 yearsand in
Greenfield a month. An Army veteran of World War I, he owned a farm in West
Brattleboro, Vt., many years and retired in1962. Besides his wife, the former
Margaret Batchelder, he leaves a son, Henry E. of Northfield, and two daughters,
Mrs. Julia Upham of Petersham amd Mrs. Annie Barnes of Greenfield. END:
