LAVIGNE FLANDERS LARKIN, 76 of Richards, died Sunday, January 29 in Conroe. She was born December 31, 1929, in Idabel, OK, daughter of Roland A. deFrance and Elena Mae Cheatham. Lavigne was a Real Estate Broker. A Life Member and past Director of Houston Assoc. of Realtors, past President of Women's Council of Realtors, TREPAC Trustee for the State of Texas, Eastern Star-Past Worthy Matron, Republican Party of Texas, State Delegate and Precinct Judge.
Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at Nobles Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Union Grove Baptist Church of Richards with Brother Bob Lynch officiating. Interment will be in Bays Chapel Cemetery, Richards.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Mary Jo and O.L. Hudnall of Magnolia, Carol and Ken Milder of Richmond; son: Michael Fry of Tyler; sister and brother-in-law: Genie and Arthur Deex of Los Altos Hill, CA; brother and sister-in-law: Claude and Linda Foster of Mena, AR; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: W.P. "Foots" Larkin, brother: Richard deFrance and grandson: Adam Milder.
Pallbearers will be Mike Milder of Spring, Alton Hues of Richards, Tim Clemons of Richmond, Michael Fry and Patrick Fry both of Tyler and Peanut Jeffcoat of Richards.
