Rosella "Rose" Edith (Billings) was the daughter of Charles Avery Billings and Lucinda Anderson. She married Truman Ernest Parsons. They had several children, with 4 growing to adulthood.. They were Arthur Neeley, Truman "True" Billings, Helen Doris and Mildred "Millie" Kathryn Parsons.. Rose died at a young age from Diabetes, leaving her husband True to raise the children. He never remarried.
