GENEVA HANNAH, 85, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005, at Marshall Medical Center South.
Services will be today, Thursday, Sept. 22, 11 a.m., at First Baptist Church in Albertville, with the Rev. Mike Johnson officiating. She will lie in state at 10 a.m. until time for the service. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens. Visitation was Wednesday, Sept. 21, 5-8 p.m.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Hannah of Albertville; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Elise Hannah of Chattanooga, Tenn; Charles A. and Tiffany Hannah of Tampa, Fla.; David and Melanie Hannah of Birmingham; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Franklin Watkins; son, James Ronald Hannah; grandson, William David (Bill) Hannah II; and sister, Dot Bailey.
Pallbearers will be Jack Dildine, Steve Dildine, Jim Moore, Tom Babcock, Billy Oliver, Ken Hollingshead.
Honorary pallbearer is Gene Airhart.
