She lived in Columbia, SC, and formerly, Charlotte and Holly Springs, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Curtis Pearson, and her parents, Adolphus Van Baucom & Flossie Sorrell. She retired from the Package Products Co.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ernest & Barbara Pearson, and Glenn Pearson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Becky & Jim McGehee of South Carolina and Samantha & Michael Wellmon of North Carolina; two sisters, Christine Wilkinson & Shirley Groskreutz and her husband, Larry; seven grandchildren.
Interment followed funeral services conducted Monday, December 17, 2007; Rev. Dr. Buddy Pigg, presided.
