Robert B. Clark was born in Georgia. His first wife was Sarah Ann Kyle. The family must have arrived in Jasper Co., TX about 1852 as Sarah E. who married J.J. Behannon is listed as born in Texas.
After Sarah Kyle's death, Robert Clark married Lucy Caroline McFarlane in Jasper Co., TX on March 1, 1855.
Their children were Millard Fillmore"Rush" Clark, Josephine who married Reuben W. Smith, John Henry Clark, Martha Elizabeth who married William A. Behannon, and Lucy Jane who married David M. Smith.
Lucy Caroline (DIED 1906) survived her husband, Robert Clark (DIED 1889) and is also buried in Zion Hill Cemetery.
