Mrs. Lora Peets
Services for Mrs. Lora Snowden Peets, 81, of Conva Rest Nursing Home were held Aug. 23, at 2 p.m. in Webb Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. David Sellers and Jim McKeithen officiating, Burial was in Ferguson Cemetery.
Mrs. Peets died Aug. 22 ay Conva Rest. A Newton County native, she was a member of Hickory Baptist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Margaret Seaborn, Raleigh, N. C.; three brothers, J. E. Snowden, Chunky. J. L. Snowden, Jackson and Obed L. Snowden, Starkville.
Pallbearers were J. B. Fanning, Beeman Fanning, Troy Brand, Sr. Ben Hagadorn, Selby Nicholson and Lonnie Robinson.

1938: Lora Belle filed a law suit against O. M. & D. L. Stockman 28 September 1938. On file at Paulding, Ms. (D. L. was Donald L. Stockman and was a younger brother to Otho.)
1939: Divorced Lora Belle Nov. 7th.
