Joseph (Acker) Stanosz grew up in Milwaukee, were (apparently) his adoptive Polish parents owned a tavern. By coicidence (or providence), when he married, his family lived by North Loomis Road in Wind Lake WI. His children attended the Catholic grade school(Waterford WI) where they became friends with their Schweitzer cousins (without knowing until later, that they were genetic, 1st cousins).
