Jason Andrew Free, 19, of Highway 357, died Nov. 27, 2007, at Allen Bennett Hospital.
A native of Spartanburg County, son of Alton G. Free of Lyman and Cathy Powell of the home, he was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church and the Middle Tyger Ruritan Club.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a paternal grandfather, Comos Free of Lyman; maternal grandparents, Joe and Lucille Powell of the home; a brother, Joey Free and his wife, Heather, of Lyman, and two nephews Taylor Free and Zeke Whitman.
Jason was predeceased by a paternal grandmother, Sybil Glenn Free.
