MOULTON -- Mrs. Cora Wilkerson, 78, Rt. 2, Moulton, died Thursday at 2:30 a.m. at Lawrence County Hospital.
Funeral services were held today at 4 p.m. at the Berea Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Voss and Floyd O. Parker officiating. Burial was in Moulton City Cemetery with Elliott Funeral Home directing.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. WIlliam Wallace, Decatur, Mrs. B.C. Shelton, Moulton, Miss Lucile Wilkerson, St. Louis, Mo., Mrs. W.C. Slayton, Columbus, Miss., Mrs. W.G. Littrell, Moulton; three sons, Earnest Wilkerson, Trinity, Hewitt Wilkerson, Hillsboro, W.B. Wilkerson, Trinity; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Spillars, Moulton, Mrs. Florence Whisenant, Decatur, Mrs. Mattie Parker, Carbon Hill; 26 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
She was a native of Lawrence County, a member of Berea Baptist Church.
Grandsons served as bearers.
