Lillian M. Frederickson, daughter of Andrew and Ellen Spence was born at Stanton, Nebraska, March 25, 1883. She died at her home at 1311 West Willow, Harlan from a heart attack June 7, 1959 at the age of 76 years, 2 months, and 13 days.

She attended Madison High School in Madison, Nebraska and graduated from nurses training at Omaha General Hospital in 1907.

On February 2, 1910 she was united in marriage to Arthur Frederickson and to this union was born two daughters, Eleanor Lea Brodersen and Ellen Ann Radnich. She was a housewife at the time of her death.

She was a member of the Methodist Church and had also been active in the Methodist Church Circle and the Jacksonville Lutheran Church Circles. She was active in lodge work, being a Past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star and a memnber of the First Advisory Board of the Order of the Rainbow Girls in Harlan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Alex and Bill and one sister, Ada. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Eleanor of Harlan, and Ellen Ann of West Des Moines, two grandchildren, Max and Margaret Ann Brodersen, besides other relatives and friends.
