He was educated in the common schools and at Napierville (Ill.) College. In 1886, he was married to Miss Rickert, of Napierville, Ill., who survives him with three children.
The deceased was a young man of most exemplary character, and a devout church member. He was twice elected Clerk of Pickaway township. He was identified with the Prohibitionists, and in 1891, was the Prohibition candidate for Representative.

DREISBACH
Reuben H. Dreisbach died at his home on the old I.E. Dreisbach homestead in Pickaway township last Monday morning at the age of almost 34 years. He had been sick about two weeks, the cause of death being pleuropneumonia.
Deceased was a son of I.E. Dreisbach of this city, being the youngest except one of a family of seven children.
He married Amelia Rickert of Illinois who with their three sons survives him.
Mr Dreisbach had but recently purchased the farm on which he died.
The funeral services were held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday at Ebenezer chruch, conducted by the pastor, Rev. J. Hobson.
