Wife of Josiah Faris

Sarah married Josiah Faris 15 Dec 1845 from the Faris Family Bible and they had 10 children: Margaret Eliza, Mary Ann, Martha Jane, Samuel Sylvester, Sally Cornelian, Amanda Rozaline, William Albert, Margaret Eliza, Dora Clauson, Nancy Ella Josiah.

Both of the Margaret's, Amanda, and Martha died young and all 4 are buried in Old Unity Cemetery, Fort Mill, York County, SC

Most likely Josiah is there also but have seen no proof. His children, his first wife, his parents and grandparents are all there as well as at least one Uncle. A lot of stones were detroyed in that old cemetery by Hurricane Hugo.
