EDWARD McQUEEN
Edward McQueen aged 35 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. B. McQueen of Brownhelm, was instantly killed last Thursday morning, while working near Monroe, Michigan. McQueen left Amherst on Monday afternoon of that week to install a silca plant for the Atlas Car Co., of Cleveland, near Monroe. A. M. Schofield of Amherst was working with McQueen. His clothing was caught in the line shaft and the body was ground in the machinery.
The deceased was a brother of Dr. A. F. McQueen, Milo McQueen and Mrs. Samuel Hollingsworth. The remains were brought here and services were conducted on Sunday afternoon from the home. Burial was made in Brownhelm cemetery.
