Ray H. Anderson
BOTHWELL — Ray H. Anderson, 78, died May 8, 1991, at home of insulin shock.
He was born June 13, 1912, in Bothwell, a son of Eli Carl and Sarah Ellen (Ella)Hunsaker Anderson.
He married Gladys Wheatley Aug. 13, 1934, they were later divorced. He married Renee Mason, May 21, 1941 in Brigham City. The marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple, Jan. 30, 1946.
He was reared and educated in Bothwell and was self employed. He enjoyed fishing and horseback riding.
He was an elder in the Bothwell LDS Ward and had served as a teacher and boy scout committee man.
Mr. Anderson had been a member of the National Guard.
Surviving are his wife of Bothwell, five daughters and four sons, Ruth McNeeley, Penrose; Gwen Kechum, Salt Lake City; Camille Reay, Banida, Idaho; EIRay Anderson, Royal Anderson both of Bothwell; Ron Dell Anderson, Plymouth; Sheila Jessop, Providence; Diane Carter, Preston, Idaho; Claire W. Anderson, Lava Hot Springs, Idaho; 28 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are four brothers and two sisters, Carlyle H., Elba, Idaho; Dean H., Norco, Calif.; Verl H., Fielding; Keith H., Bothwell; Vesta A. Jensen, Tremonton; Eloise Martineau, Morgan.
He was preceded in death by two sons Glen and Rodney, one daughter Karen, four brothers, Reed, Maurice, Max, Gerald, two sisters, Maurine Toone, Dorothy Paskett.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 11, at 12 noon at the Bothwell Ward Chapel, 10350 W: 11600 N. with Bishop T. Glade Anderson officiating. Friends may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. | at Rogers & Taylor funeral Home 1114 N. 100 E., Tremonton.
Burial in Bothwell Valley View Cemetery.
