Erhard "Ed" Joseph Weisensel – January 10, 1885 – December 8, 1963

ED WEISENSEL

Stacyville – Ed Weisensel, 78, a retired farmer, died Sunday at the University Hospitals, Iowa City. He had been ill several months.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Visitation Catholic Church here. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rosary will be said Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. at Hatten Funeral Home.

Surviving are his wife, Amanda; two sons; the Rev. Fr. Lawrence Weisensel, of Syracuse, Indiana, who will conduct his requiem mass; Marvin, Racine, Wisconsin; five daughters; Mrs. Elmer (Ernestine) Dorr, Kaukauna, Wisconsin; Mrs. James (Esther) Larson, Albert Lea, Minnesota; Sr. Mary Eulalia, OSF, Resnen; Mrs. Dale (Ardella) Attig, Lyle, Minnesota; Mrs. Robert (Norraine) Hemann, Osage; a brother; Martin, Nicollet, Minnesota; a sister; Mrs. Harry Fuller, Marshalltown, Wisconsin; 15 grandchildren.
