Married Janie Lillian Gay Best Frame on December 2, 1950.

Note: His name is found in various forms. Obviously most are of the nickname variety. His old school records at Kingdom Springs School were under the name of Buster King. When he went into the Military Service, Ikey was assigned to him; however, it appears the official name was Isaac Eli. During most of his adult life, he went by the nickname of "Bud" and he signed his name Ikey.
