In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Burl E. (Bolden) Truett who recently passed away June 12, 2009 and his siblings Rosalene, Herman and William "Bill". Paul is survived by his children: Paula (Bill) Bare of Dayton, Michael (Angie) Truett of Miamisburg, Theresa (Doug) Courtney of Miamisburg, and Marsha Sue Truett of Jupiter, FL; grandchildren: Michelle, Sara-Beth, Amanda, Amy, Michael Ray, Kelly and Jeff; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Cecil, Lois, Loretta, Judy, Joyce and Doc. Paul was a devoted member of The Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family; he was an avid fisherman and liked listening to bluegrass gospel music.
