Edgar Norman Cannon, 60, farmer and merchant of the Pawley Swamp section of Horry County died Feb. 19, 1964.
Mr. Cannon was born in the Pawley Swamp section of Horry County. He was an adopted son of Cornelius Cannon and Elizabeth Smart Cannon. He attended Pawley Swamp Primitive Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons J. O'Dell Cannon, Harris Lee Cannon and Edgar Ronald, all of Rt. 3 Conway; three daughters Mrs. Lloyd J. (Wilma) Cook and Mrs. Eugene (Nettie Mae) Brown, Rt. 3 Conway; two brothers Sheriff T. Cannon, Conway and T. C. Cannon of Savannah GA, and five half brothers Bethel Sanders, Rt. 3 Conway, K. B. Sanders, Conway, Rev. Frank Sanders, Florence, Clarence Sanders, Conway, Ollie Sanders, Richmond VA, and 26 grandchildren.
