Pablo Mendez, 75, of Crosbyton passed away June 18, 2009. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009 at Templo Elim Assembly of God in Crosbyton. Burial will be at Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.
He was born to Abelino and Mario Luisa Mendez in Las Marias, Puerto Rico.
Survivors include his spouse, Elida Mendez of Crosbyton; daughters, Luz Ester Rodriguez, Elizabeth and Joel Rios, Eileen Ester and Luis Lerma, Edna Evelyn and Samuel Rios, Maria Luisa and Nick Perez, and Francis Cindy Gil; sons, Pablo, Jr. and Joelida Mendez, Edwin and Magdalena Mendez; 24 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
