The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel by the Revs. Ann and Richard Pia. Burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by two daughters, Linda Lee and Frances Segraves, both of Fayetteville; two sons, Michael Jackson of Fayetteville and Ronald Lewis of Houston; a sister, Evelyn Williams of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
