"Chase" was the second child born to Lorenzo Heber Kimball and Dorothea Soren Christensen OR Sorensen.

"These were my first two children (regarding Mary Leona and Heber Chase). They died within three weeks of each other, in the fall of 1890, with the whooping cough. Leona being one year and nine months and the baby three months. Both beautiful children. ... Little Chase was such a good baby. He had blue eyes; one eye just a little larger than the other. A little hair; dark when born. He used to suck his little thumb and was always good." (written by mother, Dora)

"Chase" died at the age of three months and four days. The cause of death is listed as Whooping Cough, Pneumonia.

Chase is buried with his sister Leona.
