Mrs. Katie Sanderson, Town Creek, Alabama, Rt. 1, passed away in the Lawrence County Hospital, Moulton, Alabama on September 5, 1957, after several months illness.
The members of the immediate family that survive her going are: W. P. Sanderson, husband, Town Creek, Rt. 1; one daughter, Mrs. Walter McCullough, Moulton, Alabama; three sons, Mr. Lewis W. Sanderson, Town Creek, Alabama, Rev. R. T. Sanderson, Ashland, Alabama and Rev. Lee Sanderson, Leighton, Alabama.
Funeral services were conducted at the Sanderson Chapel Methodist Church on Friday, September 6, 2:00 o'clock, by the pastor, Rev. J. D. Lott, Rev. Lewis Langford, Moulton, Alabama and Rev. Q. V. Amberson, Town Creek, Alabama.
The music at the funeral service was rendered by the choir of the First Methodist Church, where Rev. R. T. Sanderson is pastor.
