Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in Holland for Samuel Elbert Booker, 63, well known farmer of that vicinity, who died the preceding Friday after having been in poor health for several years, although his illness had been acute for only two or three days. The service was held at the Church of Christ at 2 p.m.
Mr. Booker is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mollie Booker, and by three sons and two daughters. They are Kermit and Kessel Booker of Detroit and Lloyd Booker of Flint, Mich., and Mrs. Henry Wilson Cain of Overland, Mo., and Mrs. Harold Crawford of Flint, Mich. A brother, Upton Booker, and a niece, Mrs. Marvin Lane, live at Blytheville.
