Henry Guston Williams was the son of John Buxton Williams and his wife Tempe Hilliard. He was the standard bearer for the 12th NC Regiment at the battle of Malvern Hill, Va. When his father learned of his death he and a servant took a wagon to the battlefield, found his body and brought him back home. He was laid out in their parlor and buried in the family cemetery at Buxton Place.

Gravesite Details There is one small stone on which was the one word, Lula. There are several large field stones with no markings.
