She died 29 Jan Clark County, Kentucky, where she is probably buried in Clark County, Kentucky but no gravestone has been found. She resided with her son Robert Franklin Parsons in Clark County at her death and he was the executor of her will.

With second wife Elizabeth Spencer, 3 children are documented in court records: 1) Lucinda Ida b.1874 d.1887 b.family cemetery. 2) Florence Viola b.1875 d.1939 b.Asotin co. WA who married John TW Davis (Narcissa Davis' brother). Their dau Lola Edwinnow Davis b.1896 d.1899 is buried in the family cemetery. Florence & Troy moved to Asotin ca1909. 3) Phoebe Ann b.1878 d.1888 buried in family cemetery.

Nov 1887 d.25 Apr 1888 age 6 months of fever. 2) Virginia Ethel Parsons b.11 Aug 1891 d. 26 Dec 1929, buried Asotin co. WA. She was living with her mother in 1900 census at Wilson Creek, not in her father's household. Virginia married William Smith in Nez Perce co. Idaho in 1920 and had an infant who died in 1929, perhaps dying from childbirth.

It would appear that Nancy Elizabeth's daughter Effie L. Parsons was probably the daughter of John Wilburn based on the 1900 census and her last name, but this is not proven. Effie was b.29 Aug 1883, listed in census with her mother Nancy E. Parsons and younger sister Virginia Ethel, but not in John Wilburn's household. Effie married William Delp in 1903, died 08 Apr 1904 and is buried in Youngs Chapel Cemetery in Mouth of Wilson. If Effie was the daughter of John Wilburn Parsons prior to his and Nancy Elizabeth's marriage in 1884, the twins Monty and Munsey b/d. 14 Jul 1885 and buried in the Parsons family cemetery may also be John and Nancy Elizabeth's.

She was the dau of John Davis & Mary Weiss. Her brother John Troy Weeden Davis married John Wilburn's dau Florence Viola Parsons, whose mother was second wife Elizabeth Spencer. Her brother Jerome Isome Davis married John Wilburn's dau Myrtle Alma Parsons, whose mother was Rosamund Anderson.

The mother of John Wilburn's dau Narcissa Candice Parsons is unknown. Candice was b.1878 d.1884 and buried in the family cemetery. She is not the dau of Elizabeth Spencer as she and her 3 daughters had moved in with her parents by the 1880 census.

Rosamund Alice Anderson (age 16 in 1881) had 3 documented children with John Wilburn between 1881-1886. She lived with her mother in the adjacent household to John in 1880. She had another child that is not assumed to be John's - George M. Anderson. He was raised in the household of Joshua Austin, Old Town, Grayson co. Rosa was b.1866 d.1959 and buried in McKenzie Cemetery, Galax, Grayson co. She was the natural dau of Allen Hash and Elsa Ann Anderson. Rosa and John Wilburn's children were: 1) Rush Floyd Parsons b.1881 d.1975 who moved to Asotin co. WA by 1903 and is buried there. 2) Cora Parsons b.1884 d.1886. 3) Myrtle Alma Parsons b.1886 d.1968. She married Jerome Isom Davis (brother of Narcissa Candice Davis) in 1904, and they lived in Skagit co. WA, Butte & Lawrence co.'s SD, Benton co. WA (where Jerome died), and she died and is buried in Atascadero, CA.
