In 1993 the Yates families gathered together at Ratcliff Lake for the eleventh year Yates Reunion on a Saturday in May of 1993, on the following Sunday family members drove over to The Antioch Cemetery where Great-Grandmother Edna "Sis" Yates is buried.
We had a memorial service and sang hymns. We stood at her little grave with a cross carved on the top of the grave stone. It was such a glorious day!
