Elizabeth's father was Anderson White who was a son of Nicholas White(1727-1805). Nicholas was in the Revolutionary War. Nicholas married Martha Reese(1730-1767) and they had 8 children that are known. Anderson married Margery Pulliam 1768-1847).

Elizabeth married 1827 in Henry Co GA to James Toland Mitchell(1806-1840).
