Lenna Foster changed her name to Elizabeth and called herself Betty. She married 1) Ernest Sebastian Hatch, and they had one son, Lynn Hatch (1908-killed in World War II while driving an oil tanker). Lenna and Ernest divorced. Her son went to live with his father. She then married in the 1920's, although no marriage record has been found, 2) Ed Lyons. Little is known about Ed Lyons. In the 1920's "Betty" went to Hollywood. She looked a lot like the silent screen star Gloria Swanson and so thought in Hollywood she might have a career in film. When the career did not happen she pretended to be Gloria Swanson, and had photographs made of herself as Gloria Swanson . From Hollywood she returned to Portland, Oregon, in the 1930's ,and in the 1950's she moved to Seattle, Washington where she lived in the housing projects and worked as a neighborhood activist. It was said by a neighbor that at the age of 63, Lenna Foster Lyons, rode a motorcycle alone from Seattle to Virginia. She died at the age of 100 years.
