Jessica is survived by her parents, a son, Chase Austin Michael Cummins of Booneville, KY; two brothers, Jeremy Thomas of Booneville, KY and Justin Thomas of Richmond, KY; a sister, Jana Thomas of Morehead, KY; and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bernie and Bertha Hensley and Floyd and Dora Thomas; and a half-brother, Kevin Thomas. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 17, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at the Booneville Funeral Home, with Rev. J. Jamison Brunk officiating. Visitation was held on Friday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in the Thomas Family Cemetery, Booneville, KY, with the Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
