FAIRBANKS, Ind., Jan. 8. -- (Special) -- Services for W. E. Jewell, 78 years old, local resident, who died Saturday, will be at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Kingsley Memorial Church. The Rev. Royal Canfield will officiate and burial will be in Pogue Cemetery. The body was taken to DeBaun Funeral Home at Prairie Creek and at 5 o'clock this afternoon was returned to the residence where friends may call.
Surviving are the widow, Estella; a daughter, Mrs. Fleta Pinkston of Graysville; two sons, Alvin and Dana both of Fairbanks; five brothers, William of Terre Haute; Willis of Shelburn, Wilbur of Linton, Walker of Oaksville and Walter of California; one sister, Mrs. Elsie Corbin of Los Angeles, Cal.; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
