Miss Arna Ione Michael, age 86, a former resident of 311 N. Fair Street, passed away last evening at the Golden Acres Sheltered Care Home in West Salem.

Miss Michael was born near Parkersburg, the daughter of Albert Michael and Hannah Ridgley Michael. She had worked as a photographer for many years and was considered highly proficient in her work. She was a member of the Elm Street Christian Church in Olney.

She leaves the following nieces and nephews: Mrs. Venus Weesner, Miss Leah Michael and Harold Michael all of Olney; Robert Marshall of West Salem, Mrs. Verlyn Higgins of Clinton, Mrs. Gwen Kraushaar of Kansas City, Kansas, Mrs. Margaret Knight of Boulder, Colo., and Mrs. Barbara McEwen of Grand Junction, Colo. Seven brothers and sisters have preceded her in death.

Funeral services held in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Marshall Funeral Home with the Rev. R.E. Dowden officiating. Interment in the Walnut Grove Cemetery east of Parkersburg.
