Thank you to wikitree.com Linda Peterson for this new "NOTE"

Note: Eliza's first husband was killed in the Civil War.

Eliza and her infant had a difficult time. Her horses were stolen, her home entered, ransacked and things destroyed. In 1864 she married Cyrus Davis and moved into the home that she lived in until her death.

Besides her children, she was survived by 24 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. She is buried in the Bethlehem Cemetery.

Thank you not only for your service to our country but you gave the Ultimate Gift, your life. Your family missed you Cuz' Richard
