Mrs. Pendleton was born July 21, 1893, in Linden, Washington to James Fremont Zerba and the former Arizona Rebecca Voorhies.
She taught school in Silver Lake in 1924, having moved to there from Athena.
She was married to Carl W. Pendleton in 1925 and resided in Lakeview since. He preceded her in death on Dec. 28, 1960.
Mrs. Pendleton was a member of United Methodist Church and its women's organizations, the Tuesday Club and the American Legion auxiliary.
Survivors include her son, Jack of Lakeview; grandsons, Marlon of Klamath Falls and Jeffrey of Glazier, Wash.; and two great-granddaughters.
