Jean Young Strickland, 74, of Huntsville passed away Saturday at her home after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by family and friends.
Ms. Strickland was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She retired after 40 years from the U.S. Army Missile Command. She was preceded in death by her father, Dillard Young; mother, Grace Young; and a niece, Stephanie Krivutza Payne.
