Marriages:
1. Rev. Nicholas Bowes of Bedford, who d. 1755.
2. COOK, Samuel, Rev., of Cambridge, and Mrs. Lucy Bowes, Nov. 28, 1762. [Nov. 25, M.R.] (Bedford VRs)
Arlington deaths: COOKE, Lucy, w. [Rev. Samuel], Sept. 21, 1768, a. 56. P.R. [Sept. 12, a. 38, G.R.]
Mrs. Lucy Clark, w. of Jonas, d. in Lexington in 1789, age. 53. Also, there is no Mrs. Nicholas Bowes buried in Bedford. So, I would imagine that the Rev. Bowes' widow was the person who married the Rev. Samuel Cooke.∼Lucy (Hancock) Bowes was the daughter of Reverend John Hancock and Elizabeth (Clarke) Hancock.
Wife of Reverend Nicholas Bowes.
