Herbert Earl Hart, 81, died Thursday, May 14, 2009. Herbert was born July 19, 1927, in Brookhaven, Miss. He retired from North Fort Worth Bank after 30 years. He was active in the Jaycees and loved playing golf. He was a resident of Forest Hill for 47 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Hart; and siblings, Frank Hart, Verna Tucker, Iva Ruth Davis, William J. Hart, Charles Hart, Harold Hart and Clayton Hart.
Survivors: Wife, Alta Faye Hart; children, Cindy and Ron Edington, Brian and Bridget Hart and Melanie and Ron Granteer; grandchildren, Patrick, Lindsey, Collin, Miranda, Dylan, Emily, Erin and Quinton; and siblings, Mary Nell Smith, Sarah Miller, Jerry Hart, Paul Hart and Joe Hart.
Memorial service: The family will have a private service later.
