MINERAL WELLS - Forest Palmer, a retired Trailways bus driver, died Tuesday at a Mineral Wells hospital. He was 77.
Funeral will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells. Burial will be in Salesville Cemetery in Palo Pinto County.
Mr. Palmer was born in Palo Pinto County and had lived in Mineral Wells since 1976. He was an Air Force veteran.
Survivors: Wife, Mae Palmer of Mineral Wells; daughter, Greer Westcott of Saratoga, N.Y.; stepson, Larry Spahr of Dayton, Ohio; stepdaughter, Linda Battelo of Mineral Wells; sister, Mary Lena Scott of Weatherford; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren..
